JUDGES
We are looking for judges to participate in the selection process this summer. Selection committee members are drawn from all walks of life and from different sectors of the creative arts. We need artists and creatives of all types, as well as academics and hands-on professionals from different spheres. All scoring takes place on the FilmFreeway platform. You will be given access to the Steelkilt scorecards and materials on FilmFreeway, and you will view the submissions and enter your scores there. This is the only way that submissions are viewed scores are entered. If you are interested in joining the team and being part of the selection committee, please follow the link and indicate your professional experience, preferences and availability. If you are selected, you must agree not to tell others that you will be a judge in the festival. Apply here to join the selection committee.
PARTNERSHIPS
We are always on the lookout for new partners. We seek media partnerships of all kinds to help spotlight our newly discovered creators. Are are also looking to partner with YouTubers and podcasters to co-host upcoming events. We additionally are open to forming partnerships with events in the United States and Canada who would be interested in hosting the 2022 Steelkilt Media Festival. SCHOLARSHIPS
We do provide financial assistance to allow financially disadvantaged creators to submit to Steelkilt. We can provide a waiver code to reduce the cost of entry to the festival. We cannot send money to creators, nor can we help cover the cost of creating your work. We only allow submissions through FilmFreeway, and can can only provide waiver codes.
